I am requesting a ditch or pipe be installed in the wooded easement south of my property that will move the water out to the storm drain that was recently installed last year on Waldron Street in front my house. On April 13th of this year, we received a lot of rain in just a couple hours and I noticed most of the water was coming from the wooded easement South of my house and running down into my yard, pooling up and overflowing down near my basement (where i've had flooding from the street runoff in years past). Water was working fine yesterday but i don't get a drop today. The online portal did not say i was delinquent with payment but i paid today anyway. Any clue what's going on?

There is water seeping out of the ground and onto the pavement on the east side of Oak Street, the alley that runs between 5th & 6th Streets. On the other side of Oak is a fire hydrant. I suspect the pipe is leaking.

All the storm water runoff from the White Oak Cemetery basin, during very hard rains, cannot be handled by the 4-storm drains near the intersection of 7th and Oak Streets. The excess is diverted through the gravel parking of our neighbor at 1025 W 7th, washing the gravel onto the street. The storm water then turns and washes through the alley between 6th & 7th Streets. It then goes through our carport and yard washing our mulch away in places. Oak street was paved in the past and is higher than the storm drain at 7th and Oak so any excess water has do go through the gravel parking instead of down the street. I would be happy to meet someone to look at this problem. Thanks.

Our water hasn't been working since Sunday. The employee who came out then said the pipe was frozen from meter to main and that a crew would be out. A crew has not been out today and I am trying to find out when one will be and when we can expect to have water on again.

We have cleaned the tops of the grates in front of our building but can not clean the culvert in the ditch, which is clogged with debris. We also have one grate that has erosion barrier under the grate which won't allow water to pass through as it is packed with mud. We were flooded in 2008. We were within a foot of it entering our building early last Saturday morning. Please send someone to address this issue before Friday. We can not survive another flood.

Level 1 stairway exit (alley way access) - Standpipe (Fire Dept.) leaking and water is accumulating on landing in front of exit door, may ice as temps fall.

Maybe a complex problem, but there is often standing water (rain or shine, but especially when it's been raining) on the sidewalk and the street in the block just east of Walnut on the south side of 12th Street. .

I've got a trickle of water running into my back yard. It seems to be coming from the SW corner of our lot. I wonder if there is another problem with the water main back there. It seems to be coming from underground. Given the amount of rain that we've had over the past several days, this shouldn't be happening.
