Complaint concerns road conditions durng the winter time: Ice and snow builds up across the road from thier house. The Highway Dept. did check this out and leveled off the road, now water runs down the road, passing through their driveway, causing the gravel to wash out of the driveway, leaving a ditch. They would like to know what steps to take to end this problem
Brady complained about water in back yard. (There is a rock check dam in place). Also, Jeff Ellington said that a heavy rainfall had resulted in some water in his basement and thought it may be related to development north of his property
Bridge stopped up with logs and debris after heavy rains. Water at bridge is 6' deep.

Water & Drainage along mailbox. problem for a long time
The Zinks say the county put a culvert under Cinrad Dr. 20 yrs ago and told them they would have to put in a pipe across their yard. The upstream end of the County culvert under Conrad was smashed about 10 yrs ago. Mr. Zink has tried to fix it with a jack but hasn't had much success. When water runs over the road it sometimes gets in his garage
he removes grate because it causes him to have water in his crawl space, and neighbors are concerned that it is a safty hazard for children.
He is concerned aboout water wahing away his property in all "storm" between Lot 30. I asked him to call you. I told him I'd check back with him.
