Hello. My name is Seung Jae, Lee and my accout number is 49236-012. I left US on May 11th and I submitted terminating my water service as well.
I have a question that I paid rest of my payment when I left my renting house(address : 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, IN, 47401) but I found out that there is about $73 in my account. So is this amount of money belongs to me or next person who rent the house that I lived?
If you let me know how I can solve this problem, it would be great. Thanks.

Hello. My name is Seung Jae, Lee and I am writing about double charge on my water bill after I left the States.

I lived at 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, Indiana, 47401 (MeadowCreek apartment complex)
I finished my service on May 11 and I paid rest of my charge which is $73.64(Confirmation #: 184023

But, I realized that after I got my final check from my leasing office at MeadowCreek(It says sewer portion of unpaid CBU bill),
so, can you check whether $73.64 which paid on Jun14 is processed or not? If processed, could you refund it?

I am working with account #40809-003 where there are adjustments for $537.77 on the current bill. I spoke with Edie twice on 7/19/17, that a corrected bill was not available at this time. We are unable to process payment without a detailed record as to what the charges are for. In the interest of being specific we would need a breakdown as follows: Service periods being “adjusted” and usage/consumption for both meter numbers (69341719 AND 09308909). We would also need charges broken out for Water Service, Water Usage Charge, Fire Protection, Wastewater Usage and Service Charges during the period of time in which the charges were corrected. Please Protect the account while this is investigated.

Hello--I moved from 933 N Jackson St, Bloomington IN last August to my current address at 911 W 6th St, Bloomington IN. I have not received a final bill for my old address, so looked online and it indicated my balance is $0. I need to transfer the water to my name at my current apt and wanted to make sure I do not have an outstanding bill that is not reflected online.
