Our water bill is way higher than typical. I have looked for a running toilet and checked in the house for a water leak but I'm not finding anything. Is it possible that the leak could be outside?
My utility bill for account 7559-002 for period 06/01/2020 to 07/07/202 shows water usage of 82000 gallons. In all previous periods for the year, the usage never exceeded 4000 gallons. There were only three people living in the house during this latest billing period. A new water meter was installed during this billing period by your company. There appears to be a problem here. There is no way the water usage being charged for was actually used.

I just got a bill for well over one thousand dollars., It is just not possible that I used that much water. How do I challenge this bill?
I had a remarkably high water bill last month that my property manager supposedly fixed on 3/12. My service bill date range for this last month was 3/2 till 4/2. I was wondering if I could have a day-by-day breakdown of my water usage. Specifically, I need to know if there was remarkably high water usage on or after 3/12. If there is none, then that means that the water leak was probably resolved but if there is still insane water usage after 3/12 then it still has not been resolved. Thank you!
Hello, I paid my final water bill for the property I was renting last school year at 1514 E Maxwell Lane, Bloomington, IN, 47401. The company I rented through (Costley and Co) requires me to get a statement from you saying the water bill has been paid in full. Hello, I have made a written suggestion today related to the requirement to be present in your Utilities premise (or file a paper form) to request a transfer of billing for water services. I suggested we should be able to do this online... I had to deal with the same issue today at Duke Energy (tenant left and needed to transferred billing back to me, the landlord). They told me of a very useful process they have setup called "auto turn-on", which lets them know that whenever a tenant requests a turn off, they should actually transfer the service back to the landlord instead of turning it off. I suggest you do the same thing for the water service! Thank you.

Hi, My water connection was cut off because I lost my card and couldn't make payment. I'm charged some$90 fee for this. I've been and to pay my bill today. I'm already going through depression. I'm an international student at IU.I request the department to please waive this fee. I'll make sure it never happens again.
