A resident called about runoff "behind the AT&T store on Willis." He said that he attempted to call utilities about it multiple times but the woman answering the phones was not helpful and claimed that it was the OOTM's oversight and not theirs. He did not want to leave his name or contact information with us. I'm not sure what the process looks like for this, but if someone could check on the water runoff in this area, I think it would be helpful. We have received a few emails about it as well.

She represents the Woolery Mills HOA. Indicated the resident at 2416 Woolery Mill Dr had water in their crawlspace last weekend. They checked and found a drain not functioning and didn't know if it was City responsibility. She emailed pictures.

City utility worker informed me that water usage has increased from 1000 gal/mo to 12,000 gal this month. I am concerned there is a leak somewhere. There was a line break nearby at 2252-2260 E Cape Cod Dr, 47401. Meter pit inspected 9/17/19. Valves on at meter. Meter not moving. No sign of leak at time of inspection.
Under the underpass is a drainpipe that has ice built up around it. When it rains water gushes out of it . It's right over the exit from 37 northbound to 46 eastbound.
These new flower beds are filled with rain water and if they freeze they may damage the plastic liner inside. They may need some holes drilled in them before the soil is added.
Mr Garner called to report standing water and erosion in the creek behind his house. He said the culverts under the road are about 8" higher than the ground so water stands here. He thinks it needs to be filled in and more rock added.
Apartment C14 has not been able to flush my toilet in 3 weeks. Same as Apartment 18, & a couple others in the Kimble Dr. Apt Complex. Apt. C18 has a ceiling in his Bathroom that is literally leaking water so bad into his tub. His Bathroom is Literally not FEASABLE. Can Not Use! People was Moved In During May 2021 to Apartments that was not ready to be moved in what so ever. no stove in 1, No Fridge in 1 & the Central Air in My Buidling-Apartment is on the 3rd Floor Upstairs on the LEFT... Is Not working Nor has it been or been fixed even looked at. Amy Deckard has been liveing there for 3 weeks. I have bben there for 4 months & I have a small whole in my bathroom ceiling from a leak in the above apartment PLUS Yes My Toiulet Wilkl not Flush Unless I Plunge It almost Everytime 1st.
