I did not receive my bill this month and it is not on the website, but I already made my payment with a surcharge, only the balance due appears. I have had months of harassment on my account first charging me 28 to 40 dollars in my bill, the cover of my water meter was out of place for days and then I went to the office where they shouted to me that it was my fault the wrong size of my garbage cart and now not only does not get my receipt, you do not put it on the internet paging for me to know, now that you are charging me. Someone knows why and can inform me?

Water is actively percolating into the intersction, coming from pavement and along 15th Street in front of Fairview Apartments (615 W 15th Street), draining into sewer drains on either side of 15th Street, water also present along 15th Street to the east of this intersection, puddling. Woman living in an RV in the back yard is operating an open air cat kennel without a permit. She also provides food, water or shelter to a colony of feral cats without being registered with the City of Bloomington Animal Care and Control Department or its designee. There are 3 walk in cages housing cats in the back yard. I have a video illustrating this if you will contact me I can share it. I am an Environmental Health Specialist with the Monroe County Health Department.

603 557 n park ridge road. Between these two houses muddy pool of water several inches deep on sidewalk. Not sure if broken pipe or just horribly maintained but not passable and definitely not wheelchair access.
