During hard rains, water backs up in the southeast corner of my yard and comes into my garage and basement from the parking pad on the east and below grade through the wall to the north. The sidewalk running along the Clifton St. right of way is the east boundary of my property (see photo). Water simply can't move fast enough to the culvert you installed south of my property on the west side of the sidewalk. Is there anything you can do to alleviate this problem? I'm happy to discuss the details. Thank you.

A number of neighbors on our street have noticed the storm drains at 806 & 809 S. Stull appear to be clogged. We can see the stagnant water through the grate and it is above the culvert pipe and is just standing there. Please see attached photo. We are concerned about mosquito breeding and drain overflow into the street during heavy rain. Please send someone out to fix the situation. Many Thanks!

Neighbor is pumping his basement water 24 /7 onto property line flooding my backyard. Is this illegal?

Hello, My home sits at the bottom of an incline where the water in the neighborhood drains onto our driveway and property. Every time it rains the water causes erosion on the property and flooding to our garage and yard. Not only is the un-directed water effecting us, but is also causing the road to erode where water is standing on the asphalt. As well as eroding neighbors propertys and driveway, which then end up in front of our home puddled in the street,(water,gravel,soil). A solution could be installing curbs and catchment drains in the surrounding area to better direct the water from causing more damage to ours and neighboring properties. Today and always when there's been heavy rain over the last years, 1st Street floods in our stretch, because there's no drain in the block between Stull and Fess Ave. where we are. At our house, the water hits the curb of the alley in such a way that the entire grass patch and side way is flooded, making it dangerous to walk on the side way. I'm attaching a picture of now, when the rain has already become more steady. I can provide a number of short videos we've taken over the years to document the problem. Please, consider installing a drain or let us know what can be done about this. It is dangerous for us, our toddler son and our visitors. Thank you!

The city has come out and measured several times for a culvert to be installed in front of my driveway. The problem is that the street is higher than my driveway and this house is at the bottom of a hill. When it rains all the debris from the street and houses above me come into my driveway. There is so much water that my basement can flood and the water level can easily reach several feet deep. I have at the moment blocks of stones in front of my driveway so that the debris and water keeps going down Mitchel street instead of blocking the small drainage grates that are in driveway. Across the street, there is a drain that sends water along the southern border of my property to Clear Creek. This drain has not been maintained and is partially blocked. The ditch that carries the water yo Clear Creek, is also full of sediment. Please call me. Thank you.

At the corner of Allen and Palmer the rain has created a gully that is below the storm sewer. The water continues around the corner and south (downhill) on Palmer creating a strong washout of the asphalt. The storm sewer at the bottom of the hill in front of 1005 S Palmer collects chunks of asphalt and the gully gets wider with every rain event
