3120 East Goodnight Way, dog owners keep dog on a tiny balcony with no shelter, food, or water in all weather. It is often visibly and audibly in distress. I'm unsure of the apt number but it is the top floor, road side of the building, on the right as you look from the road. On the left hand side of the open stairway/hallway area.
We have a skunk in the neighborhood who is injured with a plastic ring around it's neck. It drinks from a bowl of water on our porch, which we've found bloody the past several weeks. We finally saw the skunk at night and discovered the plastic ring around it's neck. Can a live trap be set?
A black Lab is being tied up on a short cord wrapped around a tree with no water in the heat at 3248 Southern Oaks Drive 47401. The dog is barking nonstop and clearly in distress. This happens often, but this is the first time I’m reporting it. Please help him. Thank you.
100% of the time I go by this house, there is a white dog outside in a dog run. The space is big enough and there appears to be water, but the dog is outside in all weather. As a dog owner myself, it saddens me to think this dog's entire life is spent outside in a dog run. I'm hoping someone can check on the welfare of this dog.
This guy leaves his 2 dogs tied up out in the yard ALL the time. They get tangled up together and choke each other. They are without water. I was told that after multiple complaints, Animal Control went there, but nothing was resolved. The people who own the home bought it for their son to live in. They have PLENTY of money to put in a fence, and should be told to do so. These dogs are outside barking all night. PLEASE do something! Thank you!
three dogs are left in the front yard tied up to a fence and tree for extended periods of time. You can see the brown dirt they run back and forth in all day. I'm not sure why they neglect their pets. I am also not sure why they need to tie their pets in the front yard 5 feet from the street. The dogs do not have access to shelter, water, or food. They bark at every passing person walking by.
Woman living in an RV in the back yard is operating an open air cat kennel without a permit. She also provides food, water or shelter to a colony of feral cats without being registered with the City of Bloomington Animal Care and Control Department or its designee. There are 3 walk in cages housing cats in the back yard. I have a video illustrating this if you will contact me I can share it. This man named Adam Naugle is containing birds of prey (falcons) within his property and doesn’t let them out. At least one has died from his neglect. He has lost at least 6 raptors because of his neglect as well. He currently has a dog under one year of age that he regularly abuses. The dog shows abuse reactive tendencies towards this man (running and yelping if he raises a hand). He has body slammed her bc she peed in the house bc he doesn’t let her out for over 12 hrs or she chews something bc he leaves her without food, water, or toys in his truck for long periods. This man should never be allowed to own pets again. He also owes the IRS because he does not pay his taxes properly. Beware the man does own many guns and some are illegal including a sawed off shot gun.
Is anything ever going to be done about Monroe county saddle club Kat and Ronnie abuse animals and she neglects them she is responsible for other peoples animals and doesn’t feed or water them half the time she doesn’t clean stalls like she’s supposed too and mold has grown in some of them the barn is empty now bc people have moved out due to the neglect many people have witnessed them hitting there horses and boarders horses and reported it with whips leads hands you name it she had rabbits in the barn at one time don’t know if she still does but she never fed or watered them either animals are loosing weight in her care and looking sickly every time I come out for a show or to practice in the arena I hear about it from boarders and I witness it myself something needs to be done before a animal dies in the care of her it’s getting worse and worse I will be reporting it to the board also I’m just worried for these poor innocent animals
Three dogs are left outside from very early in the morning to late at night. unsure if they have food or water but if they do, it is sure gone mid morning or day. it has been an extremely hot summer and there is no shade for them ever. the owner goes outside very seldomly to yell and cuss at the dogs as if they are doing anything bad. please help these poor babies.
