603 557 n park ridge road. Between these two houses muddy pool of water several inches deep on sidewalk. Not sure if broken pipe or just horribly maintained but not passable and definitely not wheelchair access.

The home we bought 2 years ago has flood damage and serious drainage issue that I can't not get under control. There is stormwater runoff that has been coming from (5) different neighboring properties and especially the one huge lot at 2130 Shan Crest Hill 46239. When there is a rainstorm not only does or crawl space completely fill up but our yard on the South, East, and west sides become quickly flooded like a lake. there is a 12" culvert drain pipe that runs east to west on the South side that run right next to the road Raymond Street that should be able to accept my neighbors & our ground water but the 12" easement drain pipe is roughly 13" higher win elevation than the area in the rear of my home where all of their ground water collects so it just fills up and resides under our homes foundation. My wife and I have tried everything bought and burnt out several 1, 2. and 3 HP water pumps with no luck. there is just way, WAY to much water. We are becoming very worried about the possibility's of permanent foundation damage, mold, and our home becoming condemned. Every contractor at least (9) or (10) decline getting involved engineers as well. we are at the end of our rope sorta speak.... I Just had a survey done along with a TOPO survey as well , I can send both to you if it would help. Please any help at all would be greatly appreciated... The side of the street some 4 feet long has sunk into the ground, creating a large hole that regularly fills with water.

Our sub division Northwood Estates has been having a lot of trouble with drainage. It seems that the easements have overgrown scab trees & brush that may be blocking some water but it also seems as thoug your drainage system that takes the water to a creek needs to be cleaned out. We back up to the golf course & have trouble getting the golf course staff to maintain our side of the course, ie mowing, weeds, dead trees along the road,etc. We seem to be a bit neglected when it comes to these problems. I believe there is a water leak somewhere near me. My water usage has apparently tripled since last month, while i have been conserving water due to not having enough income to pay the usual bill.

I found a notification on my door yesterday afternoon. It says my house has been using 10 gallons per hour non-stop. There is no leakage in this house. Is there something you can do to check on the faulty meter? My water bill is $100 average per month.

Requesting an update on case #171056. Our storm water inlets are undersized and unable to handle the water flow coming to these inlets. During heavy rains these inlets clog just like last night 4/8/2020 photo attached. Much appreciate the update on this project to bring the storm water system on our road up to date.
