The guard rail at Wingslow and Hinderson is in need of repair or replacement. If someone rear ended my little Miata into that corner I'd either go under into the water or just get decapitated. Please fix this s soon.

Debris has become jammed in the drainage ditch causing the water to be very high in periods of rain. The blockage continues to grow and probably needs to be removed manually.
My neighbor has many five gallon buckets lined up next to his house filled with water. I am worried that they will spread mosquitos and disease and they are right next to my property.
