Two cats are located at 613 E 2nd St and are currently being neglected. The owner refuses to clean up the litter boxes and only does so once a week. Both cats are suspected to have UTIs and one cat has been throwing up her food for months with no vet appointment booked. The owner, Lilian Ross is renting the apartment and does not feed them in a timely manner nor does she provide them with water. Please investigate this issue as both of these cats do not deserve to live in such squalid conditions.

Dogs have been out barking for the past 3 hours. They are tied up in the back yard without food or water. Owners are neglecting or ignoring them. Very disruptful and the animals are clearly not being taken care of.

The Pipsqueary, Bloomington location 500+ animals in the home: Chickens, roosters, ducks, Patagonian cavies, goats, groundhogs, rats, mice, chinchillas, guinea pigs, chipmunks, domestic rabbits, hamsters, peacocks, quail, prairie dogs, capybaras, gerbils, degus, flying squirrel, beaver, and more. Inadequate housing. Vidoes of patagonian cavies with stacked cages in the background without appropriate food/water. More than normal amounts of animals dying, seizing, and kidney problems seen on their organization Facebook page and personal experience/knowledge in private communications. Animals going in and out by the hundreds and many going out in terrible conditions and sick/contagious and transporting with animals dangerous to be near for each other's health. Many wildlife animals and self-vetting in the home of all and vetting without wildlife rehab license. Known partners in IN, Las Vegas, New England, NJ, TN, KY, Arkansas. Yellow young lab. Chained outside with no adequate food or water. Shelter house has no hay/insulation. No grass, all dirt and trash. Lab too strong for disabled woman

Dogs are kept outside on the porch for 8+ hours a day with no shelter, food, or water. They constantly bark, wanting to get away from the cold and rain. When the owner does let them in it’s only 1 dog at a time and it’s never for very long.

A very neglectful hazardous and neglected situation for animals, neighborhood and community at large. There are at least. six pit bulls two of them being pregnant no shots, not neutered not spayed no food no electricity no water and they’re not allowed outside so it is full of dog poop and stolen goods. Drugs are an issue in that home with the dogs as well as the owner

The bike path on the side of Arlington Ave. between 17th and North st. has some very rough sections and pot holes that hold water making navigation difficult and dangerous after a storm.

Unexpected, unmarked angle in pavement within the 7th St biking lane. This is an addition to the pavement surface that is unsafe for cyclists. It is a hill that is angled for water runoff but not in the private property of the apartments. Not a city addition. Please make it level with the street. Thank you.
