Having visited the county government offices at the showers building recently I am shocked at the water quality. I had taken a drink from a water fountain and it was so bad. There is a bad chemical taste and it even smells weird. I hope this isn't what we expect the county workers to be drinking because I fear they could get sick from drinking it. I was just a visitor to the busing that took a drink from the water fountain. I couldn't imagine working in a building that has unsafe drinking water.

Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. There seems to be water coming up out from under the street, directly through the water pipe at the intersection of Mitchell and E University St, near 1600 E. University St. It has been dripping westward down E. University St. all day today. I live at 1410 E University but walk past that corner multiple times a day

There is often a fairly substantial amount of water flowing down the street on Wilson St (between Palmer St and Grant St). I'm not sure where it comes from, but it seems out of place.

7-20-2020: Second major flooding in Vance Music due to rainwater: Alleywork by City (install a water line?), water filters through alley surface patch, floods basement. This time, CFC Properties notified us their basement flooded as well. Alley needs resolution, Vance Music has lost property. Olympus will need to assess any structural damage due to water infiltration. Please advise.
