Hi, not sure what category this goes into...at the corner of Woodlawn & Southdowns, southeast corner, there's a big culvert on the east side, and this was blocked by leaves. When I walked by this morning the ditch was 4' deep full of water and spilling over the road; on my way back a guy & his dog were trying to clear out some of the leaves. Our water pressure is extremely low in all faucets, in the bath and there is no water built up in the toilet tank. We live in the Brownstone apartment complex in Bloomington.

There is a water leak that has been ongoing for atleast a couple months at the NE corner of 14th and College Ave.

Planter in the bottom left corner of the photo contains standing water and is not draining properly. Needs to be emptied and unplugged so that water can drain from the planter.

The storm drain at the corner of 8th & John is clogged. It is totally covered over with soil and yard waste that has eroded from the yard on the corner. The people there have dug up their yard with no erosion control barriers in place so tons of mud and stuff has flowed down to the storm water drain. Please do something. Thanks, Nate
