Ms. Brinegar stated that near the above address there is a low place in the north side of the roadway. Ms. Brinegar stated that it is simking more and more and the water collects there for long periods of time. Citizen is Pres. of Prospect Hill N'hood Assn. Says water has washed out "several deep potholes" on the west side of the 200 block of South Jackson Street.

There is a large pothole/swamp forming in front of 104 N Roosevelt Street. Despite the fact that it hasn't rained in several days there is a large quantity of stagnant stinky water forming here that presents a hazard to drivers and pedestrians.
