Many of the newly planted oak trees are showing signs of stress as the leaves are yellowing and browning. Will the City water these trees during this dry time? Several people are trying to water them with buckets, but it seems that there would be a better way to keep these trees healthy after investing so much in planting them.
A small hole has developed adjacent to a wider area in the pavement that street crews paved over after a water main break several years ago.
The drainage issue near the water station is getting swampy in the big dog area. Removal of the plastic pools may help until the standing water can be renediated.
Lots of excessive front yard and back yard growth. The back yard also contains a myriad of trash items such as old toilets which have been collecting water. My pest control company says mosquitoes won't get better here until something is done over there.
Animals (horse and sheep) being kept in front yard of unoccupied home without shelter from weather, sun and extreme temperatures. Does not appear to be water available. Small roaming area with electric fence. The horse today, is standing under the overhang against the house for shade.
Possibly water leak under street. Continuous wet area in middle of street for past couple of weeks, even during very dry conditions. Directly across from Watkins Accounting parking on 19th St.
Water is currently unavailable at our home. I wasn’t certain if there was an outage in the area or if this specific to our location.

Sink hole at a storm drain near the street but in my yard. Water line are being redo in the street and I asked someone about the issue and he called it in about a month and a half ago and still nothing has been done. this is a dangerous hole and some can get hurt. he said it has a leaking connection and is going to continue to worsen. 2 things: (1) large city tree at SE corner of Sare and Mill Stone Way severely damaged, broken and dangling branches causing hazard for drivers -dangerous, needs immediate attention; (2) damage caused by water main being hit during Smithville contractor work, the same corner is in disarray, lawns torn up, streets are a mess, and city drain affected.
