There are on average 6-7 cars parked in the grass and drive. There are piles of trash surrounding the trashcans in the front. They've made a DIY fence made of baby gates, random fences and items they've found. From what I understand they do not rent, but are possibly past an eviction notice. It's possible there is no running water so where are all these people going to the bathroom or water? There are dogs on the property. How are they getting water? The building is falling apart. The city needs to step in and help the owner with this situation. There have been multiple reports on this property, animal control has been at the property regularly.

The owner of this renter occupied building (Tariq Khan) and/or the tenants have not taken their garbage out to the curb for pickup in three weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.

The South Arbutus Drive cul-de-sac needs repaving. The pavement is eroding away in several places, the north side of the green space in the middle of the cul-de-sac has become a pothole, and previous repairs/upgrades to water and gas lines have left the street in bad shape.

I reported this issue back in April. No one has touched it. There is a massive track about a foot deep right off the edge of the road. It is constantly full of mud and water that worsens every time it rains. Please take care of this before winter!!

In February a water main burst and was promptly repaired. The hole has been filled but complete resurfacing has not been done. When can residents expect this to be completed? Thank you.

In reference to the entire bay of E Linden Hill Drive. The street paving is in disrepair due to years of wear and several water main breaks. Patch fixes have been done in past but full repair of this street. Request place to know when the street will receive a new hardtop covering as the adjacent street (The Stands Dr) did in recent years?

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Is Pickwick still scheduled for repaving? I reported in April that rushing water has created an erosion of Pickwick at the front of my driveway, that is now about a 3-4 inch shelf that people have to drive over. I saw that someone came to Pickwick and did some patching, but only on the other side of the street, and did nothing with our problem. I do want to get my driveway re-paved, but want to see Pickwick repaired before I have that done. thanks for any help you can provide. Jim

Huge dip in Madison street causes water to pool in my yard and in front of our house. There needs to be a drain, or water will continue to pool in my yard and flood my driveway. This issue has continued to get worse.
