Yard has not been mowed and owner has put back up black plastic tarp to hide fact yard has not been mowed. Lots of yard debris contains standing water. This has been a problem for over a year and the house has been vacant for over three years. Nothing has been done to repair since fire. Is very much an eyesore and health hazard.
1706 E Second street house, the part of the lawn that is on Eastside Drive is unkempt. Also, could someone from the city check out the swale along that house, the Eastside Drive part. The swale is overgrown with weeds and blocks the flow from storm water to the under street drain at the corner of e Second and Eastside Drive.
There is an extension cord with lights being run across an alley to provide light to this illegally parked vagrant that is living in this RV. The extension cord is ran across the alley behind 1207 w cottage grove avenue. This is a fire hazard , a trip hazard and unsafe. I’m not sure what this vagrant is doing with his sewer and water. The alley runs west to east between Summit Street and Alexander Street and Cottage Grove and wedt 10th street. Thank you.
abandon residence entered by homeless, no electricity, water, heat graffiti on exterior of building. unable to find current owner via Monroe county GIS to request clean up and to secure building doors and windows broken into i am sure that soon it will become a health issue it already is a eye sore to to the area, now that it has been tagged by graffiti it is a open invitation to vandals to spread throughout the area i would like to request that the owners be required to clean up the area

Water heater turned off Feb. 7th, believes there to be a problem with the heater. Turned on at her request today (March 08) but nothing done. Fears heater not functioning properly.
Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.

Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. Our next door neighbor (to the west) have a giant pile of garbage and a separate pile of kitty litter in his back yard. Both piles are several feet tall and several feet wide. You can smell the piles around the neighborhood. They are also hazardous since they are right next to an open water drainage ditch. I know that these same people have been reported to the city several times before about the same thing (by the previous owners). What can be done to address this issue?
