Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. At the southeast corner of 3rd and Woodlawn there is a large pothole that makes it hard to cross at the pedestrian crosswalk. Also, it fills up with water when it rains.

Question: why do my house plumbing leaks occur when lots of people leave town for vacation? This happens not every vacation, but most of the leaks in my house have occurred like today, at vacation time, or 4th of july, etc. Is it that city water pressure to my house goes up then? Do you try to regulate pressure for this vacation exodus?

Mr. Cullers feels that the culvert is undersized causing a drainage problem. The City did work in this area a few months ago. The City installed bars across the culvert causing a backup of water. Mr. Cullers crawl space has flooded.
