Hello, There is water coming up from under the paved surface of the city hall parking lot. The water leak is located in the east-most visitor parking spot -- where the drain is located. You need an emergency number that is answered in a timely manner. I called for 35 minutes last night before someone finally answered. Our neighborhood was the one without water from the 17th street water main break. Really poor service.

Please say you will discontinue your current practice of "estimating" costs. For me, for two months in a row, the winter estimations are more than six times my historical average. I use water for sprinklers in the summer, not the winter. I use 3 to 4 units in the winter, but I'm being charged for 15. Please stop that practice.
