Hi, My roommate and I have been experiencing skin problems (i.e. dryness, flaking and a lot of sudden acne when we both have never had acne) for the past couple weeks and we have ruled out any other changes we have made. We were notified by our landlord that the city of Bloomington was making changes in the water system, and when we went home out of state for a week, the skin problems resolved. The bike path along Sare Road south of the intersection with Olcott is rapidly deteriorating due to continuous water flow over the path that washes dirt, branches and rocks onto the path. Something needs to be done to divert this water away from the path. In the winter the water freezes, leaving the path coated with a sheet of ice. Very dangerous for bikes and pedestrians.
I got my utility bill for this month that states that I did not pay the utility amount for the previous month. I have a credit card statement saying that I did. I called a couple weeks ago and they said if I emailed in proof of the statement, then the amount would be fixed. I emailed it in and it still has not been fixed. I would really like this resolved before my water bill is due on the 25th of this month. Thank you!
the water quality on the west side is below deplorable. especially since the fire Saturday morning! I do know about the water quality problems on the southwest side how long did you think it would take to get to the west side? I can get better water straight from the lake. the water smells like a bathroom door on a tuna boat!!! We own a house located at 1222 S Stull Ave. There is a very large drop off from the street to the yard area due to erosion and water flow. It is very difficult to park a car along the side of the street. I see where other adjacent property owners must have experienced a similar issue in the past and the area has been filled in with asphalt. Is this something the street department can review and advise on options? Thanks and please advise.
The lid to our water meter is not bolted down. while mowing last week, i stepped on the lid while turning the mower around and nearly fell in because it's not attached and was laying on top of the canister crooked. it appears to be very rusty. Please have someone check into this. I don't want the lid just sitting there unbolted. it's dangerous when someone steps on it the way it currently is.

My account number was 49236-012 I lived at 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, Indiana, 47401 (MeadowCreek apartment complex) I finished my service on May 11 and I paid rest of my charge which is $73.64(Confirmation #: 184023 Date: 6/14/2017 4:28:10 AM) But, I realized that after I got my final check from my leasing office at MeadowCreek(It says sewer portion of unpaid CBU bill), so, can you check whether $73.64 which paid on Jun14 is processed or not? If processed, could you refund it? Thanks.
I am working with account #40809-003 where there are adjustments for $537.77 on the current bill. I spoke with Edie twice on 7/19/17, that a corrected bill was not available at this time. We are unable to process payment without a detailed record as to what the charges are for. In the interest of being specific we would need a breakdown as follows: Service periods being “adjusted” and usage/consumption for both meter numbers (69341719 AND 09308909). We would also need charges broken out for Water Service, Water Usage Charge, Fire Protection, Wastewater Usage and Service Charges during the period of time in which the charges were corrected. Please Protect the account while this is investigated.
