MY NEIGHBOR JUST INFORMED ME OF WATER IN THE ALLEY THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS COMING FROM UNDER MY YARD AND RUNNING KIND OF FAST. HE SAID IT WAS THE THIRD TIME SEEING IT. I'M NOT SURE IF IT IS A BURST PIPE IN MY YARD OR ONE UNDER THE HOUSE. IT DOES MAKE SENSE This problem is still occurring. It only happens when I do laundry.
