Hi, I noticed that there is a lot of water seeping from the water meter area of my neighbor's yard. His address is 1200 E Prairie Drive, in the Fairwood Terrace subdivision off Old 37 North, near the fire station. The meter is located near the Fairwood Drive side of his yard. He doesn't go outside much so probably hasn't noticed it. I think there may be a leak or something so I thought I should report it.

Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. One of the houses near us pumps their water on to the street as well as Alice street, creating ice and slush. At least five cars have gotten stuck on the street in the past two days.
Our water hasn't been working since Sunday. The employee who came out then said the pipe was frozen from meter to main and that a crew would be out. A crew has not been out today and I am trying to find out when one will be and when we can expect to have water on again.
I do not have water in my house.
My roommates and I have discovered that there was a leak with one of our toilets which caused it to continously run. So after we received our first month water bill we noticed that the bill was outrageously high and we immediately called the landlord to fix the leak. Since there was a leak, I am requesting a water bill appeal form if possible. Thank you.
The storm drain between 1019 and 1017 w 6th st isn't draining. Water is flowing on top of it.
Good afternoon, I am writing to report an issue with water drainage coming from the roofs of houses and dumping on to the sidewalk. Along N. Indiana Ave, many houses/apartments (owned by Elkins Apartments) have drainage downspouts that empty directly on to the sidewalk. This creates a hazard with constant freeze and thew during the winter months. I have personally felt unsafe walking down a sloped sidewalk, on what is pure ice during periods this winter. Indiana Ave. is a very high foot traffic area during winter months as fans walk to and from basketball games. From witnessing several people slip and fall on the ice, I feel like it is my duty as a citizen to report this issue to the city. Though we have been blessed this season with relatively mild temperatures, this does not overshadow the safety hazard created from the downspouts off many of these houses. This problem would ideally need to be handled quickly before the next cold spell of weather. Thank you. Best regards
Potholes in gravel alley. They hold water allowing mosquitoes to breed.
We have a sidewalk already, but I have a question about modifying it. We are considering having some drainage work done on our property and would like a drain/grate through the sidewalk to help with water draining. We've seen some in the sidewalks along Blair Ave. and were curious about how to have one installed.
