After my refridgerator ice maker stopped working and the water dispenser slowed, I discovered that the water line to fridge was releasing water filled with what appear to be dirt particles. These were clogging the refridgerator water filter, causing the above-mentioned problems. Currently, this appears to be the only spigot with water quality issues, but it is still a concern.

This building has a water leak in the main supply in the pit in front of the building. It is has been reported by fire inspection company while looking into repair of their line. It is believed to be before the meter and on the city side.
I called to have my water turned off today, Sunday, because water from my toilet was flooding my house. When I called I was told it would be $170 to turn iff my water. I agreed because the water was flooding my floors. When someone came out it took about a half hour or more for the nice guy to find the meter. I told him it was in my neighbor's driveway. The guy checked with water company then said cars or trucks were covering the meter with no access. I am requesting the service charge be voided as I live on social security. I am also requesting that you move my water meter to my backyard instead of my neighbors driveway. At no charge to me because it was a mistake to combine my meter with my neighbors.
Curb box at NW corner of Blair and 11th appears to have a slow leak. When I lift the cap, the pipe is filled with water and slowly spilling out onto the sidewalk.
two properties above us the road all the water on the road goes into the yard comes down toward are house crossing on road since it is all down hill into the neighbors beside us into my yard. it drains.in front of my garage and runs on my . about 3 to 4 inches of water on my side walk .side walk. also the road south of us also runs in neighbor east of my house also runs runs to my house. South of me there is a a large building about 40 feet long that doesn't have gutters it runs down across the road on neighbors which in turn runs toward my house. II have pictures to send in the mail which I wi8ll need to send you because I don't know how to send them in the mail. I have spent 400.00 to put a ridge to keep from running in my yard. I also had a drain dug in my drive about 4 feet from the fence running about 2 foot deep running toward the drain in the back of my house that cost me 650.00. I will write on the back of the picture that will explain what they are for when I send them thank you and I will write on the back . Also in front of garage my small car is on ramps so the water will not get my brake shoes wet and i have to not park my other car about7 feet from the garage so i can;t park a car behind my car. Water runoff (consistent, day to day problem), from nearby/ adjoining (possibly restaurant/fine dining businesses) is a visual/ sanitary problem to pedestrians.
I am the homeowner and have recently built an attached sunroom with sinks at this address. I need to connect the water pipe from those sinks to the city sewer line, and so would like to request a detailed sewer line map of/around my property, if available. Thanks.
