The water meter for my house is in an awkward position and my plumber said to contact the utilities to have it set right. He recently had to shut off the water at the street to make a repair in my house.
Several water meters have been sitting on the sidewalk between 1034 and 1046 S. Colchester Ct. for the past two months since CBU’s contractor came through installing smart meters. Will someone come to get these?
I found a notification on my door yesterday afternoon. It says my house has been using 10 gallons per hour non-stop. There is no leakage in this house. Is there something you can do to check on the faulty meter? My water bill is $100 average per month.
There is a 6" hole in a cast iron cover for water utilities access.

The riser is damaged on our water meter pit at 1000 S. Madison. We called you guys about it several months ago (3 or 4). We were told it would be addressed asap and a CBU safety leg frame was put up over it (see attached photo). However, nothing has been done since and this is a bit of an eye sore. Will you please schedule someone to either come repair this or to just come retrieve your leg frame, as I am not happy with how it looks in my yard. Missing water meter cover at entrance to drive: 1023 and 1025 S Walnut Street
Hi there, I was looking at our water bill for this past month and it seems to be off. For the past year our water consumption was between 2-4 thousand, and the past month and the month before they were significantly higher. Would you be able to tell me if they came out and metered it for the month of October or if that was an average? If the 6 thousand is what they actually metered then I am afraid we have a leak going on as we have definitely not used double the amount of water that we typically use.
Water was coming up around the new cover installed (City water line) near our front yard- not sure if there is a leak but the neighbor came over to tell us about it last evening when she was walking her dog. 818 Estate Drive in Clear Creek Estates
City utility worker informed me that water usage has increased from 1000 gal/mo to 12,000 gal this month. I am concerned there is a leak somewhere. There was a line break nearby at 2252-2260 E Cape Cod Dr, 47401. Meter pit inspected 9/17/19. Valves on at meter. Meter not moving. No sign of leak at time of inspection.
