This violates Code 20.5.065. Outside storage Standards - storage and parking of vehicles. Stored or parked vehicles, shall not be used for other purposes, including living quarters and storage of materials.

Handicap parking spot should be on the south side of the ramp instead of further away from the building entrance.
In the Westpointe subdivision, the sidewalk on the East side of Larkspur has never been completed. Also the sidewalk on the East side of Adams has not been completed to connect to the walk near the Youth Services building. When can we expect to have completed sidewalks in our neighborhood. We’ve been here 30 years and they’ve never been finished. Thank you?
No sidewalk available when turning left onto 10th Street off of N. Smith Road. I often come close to getting hit by cars when walking a short-section on this part of 10th Street that has no sidewalk on either side. As a disabled person, I find this even more frustrating. Please consider installing sidewalk on the South-side of 10th Street on this section (on the back-side of the self storage facility on N. Smith Road, that may vbe seen from 10th Street). Thank you.
Responded... Hi Nick. First of all, thanks for submitting this uReport. The more folks that say something about it, the better. Second, I know this person and his mother is actually the chair of the Council for Community Accessibility. While neither have directly complained about this issue it has been on our radar as other people have seen him try to navigate that stretch of Smith Road. So I went out and did a full survey from 3rd to 10th Streets and reported every issue along that route. Then I participated in a discussion about it with the Engineering and Planning. It's not so easy to address this one because it's very narrow and can't be widened. It would also be fairly costly to do the whole route. But we have placed it on the sidewalk priority list that was submitted to Planning departments for their next round of sidewalk construction. We won't know how that very limited budget gets spent for a while, but sure hope it includes addressing this one. So that's where we stand on it. Fingers are crossed! The bike path on the side of Arlington Ave. between 17th and North st. has some very rough sections and pot holes that hold water making navigation difficult and dangerous after a storm.
Is there a timeline estimated for when traffic calming and enhancements will be made for the bike path Morningside Greenway? I believe it was a priority area on a map the other year. Looking forward to it! (and maybe slowing cars down a bit)
Are there any plans to put a ramp down from the bike lane down to street level here? This is the newish bike lane that runs behind Black Lumber, and should lead into the Switchyard Park. At the Walnut St crossing there is still a curb here, making the transition to the road difficult for bikes.
We don’t have any crosswalks for several blocks in either direction, and there are many families with young children who live in the immediate vicinity. We have a lot of traffic coming north off the bridge that are driving way too fast, and it’s extremely dangerous to cross the street here. With talk of adding curbs and repairing the sidewalk at my property, 1107 N Madison, I suggest putting a crosswalk over Madison st, on the south side of 15th. (Photo above). I regularly witness vehicles, both emergency workers and civilians, driving so fast that It is incredible dangerous to cross the street, even for an adult. A bump up crosswalk, like is being Installed on the new 17th/vernal pike, would go a long way towards slowing vehicles down and making them more aware of their surroundings. Even without a bump out sidewalk, a marked crosswalk is absolutely needed. Please respond to talk more about it!
