I have two meter readings on my bill. The second meter ending in 994 has never been on our bill before.

I have had CBU for 2 years my water bill never exceeded $50. My utility bill this month was increased 50% to $100. I am a senior citizen I have not changed my water or sewer usage. I would like to know why such a large increase. Please advise Vera Gayheart 43951-013

We got left a notice on our door stating that our water meter was creeping and that we should contact maintenance. We contacted maintenance and they stated it was likely due to new meters being installed. Our bill this month is 3 units higher than our bill has ever been before and we are beginning to wonder if the meter issue is related at all.

Signing in leads to a 'runtime error' announcement page. -- I regularly pay my bill online but was happy that a very nice lady at the UtlisDept took my payment over the phone. My utility bill for account 7559-002 for period 06/01/2020 to 07/07/202 shows water usage of 82000 gallons. In all previous periods for the year, the usage never exceeded 4000 gallons. There were only three people living in the house during this latest billing period. A new water meter was installed during this billing period by your company. There appears to be a problem here. There is no way the water usage being charged for was actually used.

Meter number 88431501 is an irrigation meter that has been off since Oct. I have called on this meter before and it still shows daily usage. Can someone check it again to see why I am still showing water usage?
