There has been a PT Cruiser (license plate 612PBD) parked in front of this address since August 2020 at the very least. It has more than one completely flat tire, and license plates dated from 2019. Note in the window states it is a neighbor's car, but that they use bikes more often. This car has not moved at all, and appears completely abandoned in prime street parking, within a neighborhood where parking can be quite tricky.
A scooter has been parked on the sidewalk in front of my house, blocking the sidewalk, and making my yard mowing task more difficult. Another scooter has been left on the sidewalk 2 doors from me, and has been there for a week.

An abandoned car has been parked in a no-parking zone across the street from me for one week. I have reported the car several times to the parking department. location is across from 707 W. 7th St on the north side of the street.

Frank Marshalek walks his large dog off leash through the neighborhood every single day. The dog goes onto people's property, including my porch, and also approaches other dogs. I am terrified of dogs and request someone address this, as he has refused to do so when asked.
