Mr. Turpin called and reported that when the Utilities Dept. installed new line on Rockport Road they dug up entry to his driveway. At that time the driveway had a culvert. When redoing his driveway, no culvert was installed. Water backs up in his driveway now and he has a "muddy mess." He would like a culvert installed since he is afraid his car will be damaged.
The grass is at least 3 feet high. There is trash in the yard also. The address may not be correct.
