These utility cabinets appear to be owned by AT&T and are located on South Walnut Street Pike just north of the Peppergrass Neighborhood where I live. This graffiti has been on this cabinet at least 6 months.

The 30 mph sign on the east side of S. Rogers St. north of W. Watson is badly leaning
The no parking sign on the east side of N. Madison St. south of W. 17th St. is badly leaning
The NO TRUCK signs on the west side of N. Madison St just south of W. 17th St. are leaning.
The object marker sign on the north side of Curry Pike @ Woodlyn Dr. has been hit.
The object marker signs at the corner of S. High and S. Covenanter Dr. are MISSING.
The (2) school speed limit signs on the west side of S. High St north of Woodstock Dr. are leaning so one sign covers the other sign.
