During counts this morning, Eli observed that the pedestrian signal at Cory and 3rd was cycling through the walk and don't walk symbols while the light remained green. Is it supposed to cycle through like that or should the walking symbol stay on until detection is triggered?

Eli was counting at 3rd and Kimble this morning and reports the same observation as Cory with the pedestrian indicator cycling apart from the vehicular indicator. Also, the detection for the north leg was inconsistent.

Dana Leann Mobley called questioning why she is being billed for wastewater. Claims she is on septic. However, upon review of CUBS acct, it appears that she was part of the SR 48 project and the State paid her connection fees. Nancy has previous knowledge of this acct.
