the rain grate has come to be a good 5-7 inches beneath the surface of the street, probably from the road being reopened several times. the grate is on the north side of the street, east of 4th. cars swerve to avoid it.

Storm drain casement junction is clogged with branches. You can see it through the heavy iron grid on the drain at the SW corner of Southdowns and Ballantine. It will require lifting the grid cover the clear out.

The storm ditch is not graded properly, so the ditch flows into my yard and towards my house when it rains heavily. The ditch has also gotten overrun with debris, further exacerbating the issue.

there is a manhole cover just north of 14th on college that has below the surface of the street. it's pretty dangerous for people on motorcycles and mopeds. there is another sunken manhole cover just south of 14th on college as well

Hello. There is a parking lot behind my property that is part of an apartment complex on 14th. It generates a great deal of run off such that every time it rains, my yard floods. I've called before but have not received a response. My question is this. Shouldn't there be a drain in the parking lot? Thanks Kevin

Man hole cover sticking out of the road, makes a hazard for motorcycles, please fix. Also same thing going down woodlawn south at that intersection. Very dangerous for motorcycles and bikes!

Hi, not sure what category this goes into...at the corner of Woodlawn & Southdowns, southeast corner, there's a big culvert on the east side, and this was blocked by leaves. When I walked by this morning the ditch was 4' deep full of water and spilling over the road; on my way back a guy & his dog were trying to clear out some of the leaves. We have city built ditches/basin along the streets for rainwater drainage in the area. I recently noticed there is a big hole in the middle of the ditch, lots of the water goes into that hole when it rains, looks like it keeps getting worse. Can you send someone to take a look, and get the hole patched please?
