At the corner of 3rd and Clarizz. Sitting at the light heading west and turning south onto Clarizz the concrete barrier sticks out in a manner that is not very visible at night. I blew a tire hitting the concrete bicycle median. I hope this makes sense. Than you.

Fiber cable is being installed underground on West side of High. There is the smell of skunk/gas in the area. This is south of the High St/Hillside/Moores Pk intersection. Utility flags have not been installed by the contractors servicing the area. The neighborhood is concerned re digging into utilities.
