Charlestowne Manor Developer (Chuck Short) billed the neighborhood for $325 in 2023 and has since turned it over to a company to manage and they are only charging $250 in 2024 for dues. I have seen multiple people sharing images and warnings that the Goodwill on South College Mall Rd has an active bedbug infestation, with photos showing adult bedbugs on clothing in the store. This is a public health concern, but I can find no information about whether a business is required to 1) notify potential customers who may come to the store, and 2) take action to eliminate the pests by hiring a professional service.
