Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. Received an anonymous voice mail in ESD with a phone # 317-468-3545. He is complaining of a potential business going in at this address where there are tents & smokers in the back. Requesting scooter ordinance to be enforced by the Bloomington Police Department. Barely avoided several collisions with scooter riders on sidewalks on Kirkwood Ave near Monroe County Public Library. Would like to know when enforcement will start.
