Hello, My home sits at the bottom of an incline where the water in the neighborhood drains onto our driveway and property. Every time it rains the water causes erosion on the property and flooding to our garage and yard. Not only is the un-directed water effecting us, but is also causing the road to erode where water is standing on the asphalt. As well as eroding neighbors propertys and driveway, which then end up in front of our home puddled in the street,(water,gravel,soil). A solution could be installing curbs and catchment drains in the surrounding area to better direct the water from causing more damage to ours and neighboring properties. There are homeless encampments steadily increasing in number behind my house and those of my neighbors. There are now several in view of my windows. The amount of trash is staggering, including countless hypodermic needles. Trash is regularly set on fire by the residents of the encampments, producing noxious smoke that smells terrible and is surely not safe to breathe. The city needs to do something about these encampments. Open air drug use within feet of neighborhoods with young children should not be tolerated. I've been a resident of Bloomington for a decade and I'm strongly considering moving out of town due to the city's inability to address this issue. Please do something.

Well past city quiet hours, either IMEI or Catalent are running equipment that beeps so loudly I can hear it from inside my home. During the day, this is expected and understood since I chose to purchase a home near these businesses. However, regularly at 11pm on a Wednesday or 3am on a Monday, I am either kept awake or woken up by consistent and constant beeping. I am not sure what the City can do to enforce quiet hours upon businesses but it would be really great if something could be done.

People are living here, they are dumping trash and it smells so bad like pee and poop

Water has been shut off because of large outstanding balance. This is a rental property and the landlord refuses to address the situation and tenant is left without water. The large outstanding balance is due to a water line break.

There are two cars in the parking lot that are not running with expired temporarily Tags. One is a gold/ silver Chrysler sedan, with windows down. The other is a blue Suzuki compact car. There is a third gold/silver Toyota sedan with darkened tail lights. It has an expired temporarily tag as well. These cars are not legally registered in the state of Indiana and are taking up already sparse parking spaces meant for fully legal residents. Thankyou for your help.
