Bloomington Parks and Recreation invites local artists to apply to participate in the 2019 A Fair of the Arts, a juried arts and fine crafts fair. A Fair of the Arts is held at Showers Plaza, an outdoor festival site adjacent to City Hall at Eighth and Morton Streets in Bloomington.

A Fair of the Arts is held in conjunction with the Bloomington Community Farmers' Market the second Saturdays of the Market season. Admission is free.

Accepted local and regional artists display, demonstrate and sell their art on the brick plaza during the Farmers' Market. There is a non-refundable $15 annual application fee in addition to a $55 booth fee per fair. Artists are selected through a competitive jury process, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
