Bloomington Parks and Recreation invites local artists to apply to participate in the 2019 A Fair of the Arts, a juried arts and fine crafts fair. A Fair of the Arts is held at Showers Plaza, an outdoor festival site adjacent to City Hall at Eighth and Morton Streets in Bloomington.

A Fair of the Arts is held in conjunction with the Bloomington Community Farmers' Market the second Saturdays of the Market season. Admission is free.

The priority deadline for the 2019 A Fair of the Arts Season has passed. Artists may apply to be placed on the waitlist for the 2019 season by emailing Crystal Ritter, Community Events Coordinator at ritterc@bloomington.in.gov.
