As consumers, we have become more selective and aware of our food choices, preferring foods that are healthy, and produced responsibly and humanely. After raising other breeds of cattle, we have found in Wagyu cattle a consistent quality beef that is guaranteed to be superior in tenderness, flavor, marbling and whose origins are well documented and safe for our family.

Wagyu cattle produce bright red meat that is highly marbled and has an astonishing flavor. The Wagyu breed is genetically predisposed to create beef that has a higher percentage of monounsaturated fat (healthy fat-think olive oil) than any other breed of cattle in the world.
