Summary: This map layer contains residential neighborhood areas within the City of Bloomington that have neigbhorhood or homeowner associations/organizations that are registered with the City of Bloomington Housing and Neighborhood Development Department (HAND). It does not contain all neighborhood areas. It may contain areas outside the city limits if part of the neighborhood area is also within the City.
Use: This layer was created to identify neigbhorhoods that have organizations registered with the City. It is primarily accessed for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production.
