The Board shall hear the appeal of any person aggrieved by the decision of the Director of Housing & Neighborhood Development or designee, or any administrative officer charged with the administration of the Residential Rental Unit and Lodging Establishment Inspection Program of Bloomington, Indiana.

All regular meetings are held at 4:00 P.M. in the McCloskey Conference Room (Room #135) in the City Hall Building (Showers Building)
The BHQA Appeal Application and the $20.00 application fee must be submitted to HAND prior to the application deadline for the appeal to be listed on the agenda.
NOTE: This form may be emailed to HAND at hand@bloomington.in.gov, and the filing fee may be paid over the phone at (812) 349-3420. You may also fill out either form of the application and mail it to us (US mail) with the filing fee, or bring them into our office at 401 N. Morton Street, Suite 130, Bloomington, IN, 47404.
