Kirkwood Avenue Maintenance Project

This project will reconstruct the crosswalks and repave East Kirkwood Avenue from Walnut Street to Indiana Avenue.

Project Timeline:

• Design: April 2019
• Construction: April 2020 through June 2020

Maintenance of Traffic:

• Some sidewalks will have intermittent closures with pedestrian walk-arounds in place.
• The intersection of Lincoln and Kirkwood will remain closed to traffic through June 10th.
• East Kirkwood Avenue from Walnut Street to Indiana Avenue will be closed to traffic beginning June 1st, 2020 through June 10th, 2020.  No parking will be allowed on Kirkwood Avenue during this time as construction crews mill, pave, and install pavement markings.
