Position Description

Performs day-to-day maintenance of ballfields including watering, mowing, dragging and lining, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and other duties as assigned by the Working Foreman and/or Sports Facility/Program Manager.


High school education or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Experience/Special Skills

Experience with grounds maintenance and experience with maintenance equipment (e.g. tractors and mowers) preferred but not required. Painting experience preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate will have the ability to be a self-starter and the desire to learn new skills. He or she will also have the ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions.


Applicant must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Indiana driver's license


Flexible schedule 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday with evenings and weekends as required. Work week averages 30-40 hours, April through October.


$9.36-$10.37/hour based on experience
