Position Description

Assists pro shop staff with customers including operation of Point of Sale software, cash drawers, accounting of daily receipts, checking in tee times, telephone etiquette, customer service, retail shop sales, serving food, maintenance of food service area, cleaning equipment, and operation of beverage cart. Responsible for cleaning in and around clubhouse. Other duties as required. Report to Manager of Golf Facilities or Supervisor on duty.


High school education or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Experience/Special Skills

Golf course experience helpful, strong customer relation skills. Ability to work well with people, to follow directions and work independently. Must be self-motivated. Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette preferred. Computer point of sale, cash drawer, and food service knowledge helpful.


Hours arranged between 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., including week nights and week ends. 15-29 hours per week.


$9.73 - $10.78 per hour
