Position Description

Operates concession stand including the preparation and serving of food, general maintenance of the food service area, nightly equipment clean-up, operation of cash register, and other duties as required. Reports directly to Concession Supervisor and/or Concession Shift Leader.


High school education or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Experience/Special Skills

Ability to work with the public and knowledge of food service operations and equipment preferred. Experience with cash register operations required; previous restaurant and/or food service experience preferred.


Games begin in Mid-April and run through the end of October. Concession stand operates six days per week during regular season play. (Monday-Friday, 5:45-10 p.m. and Sundays, 1:30-5:30 p.m.). In addition tournaments occur on some Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer months. Attendants can expect to work anywhere from 10-20 hours per week; possibly more when tournament play occurs on designated weekends.
