Position Description
Supervise programs, personnel, spectators and use of facility. Enforce departmental policies; prepare reports; other duties as required.
Education
High school education or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Some college preferred.
Experience/Special Skills
Ability to work well with people; ability to think quickly and exercise good judgment; must be self-motivated. Some experience supervising recreation programs and facilities required.
License/Certification
First Aid and CPR required. These courses are offered by the Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department.
Hours
15-20 hours per week, weekdays 5:30-11 p.m. and weekends 8 a.m.-11 p.m. Mid-April through the end of September.
Salary
$9.36-$10.37/hour
