ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Individuals who live in the City of Bloomington will make up the five-member commission. The Commission will be divided by political affiliation: two democrats, two republicans and one independent. Please note: Two members of the Commission will be full-time students at Indiana University - Bloomington: one democrat & one republican.

DUTIES: In pursuit of its objective, the Commission will operate with transparency. Data used to draw maps will be made publicly available, public comments will be gathered and voters will be able to submit their own maps to the Commission online.

The commission will meet at least every other month until it disbands.
