The City of Bloomington Volunteer Network (CBVN) seeks to build a strong, healthy and engaged community by connecting volunteers of all ages with opportunities to serve and by providing resources to volunteers and agencies in order to build creative and effective volunteer projects, programs and partnerships.
It is our aim to inspire, support and celebrate volunteerism in our community.

The Citizen's Police Academy is designed to educate citizens about the operation, methods and goals of the BPD to enhance communication and understanding between the community and the police.
U-Report
