Growth Policies Plan (GPP)
The Growth Policies Plan (GPP) is the comprehensive plan for the City of Bloomington. Adopted on December 19, 2002, the GPP provides planning guidiance regarding the future long term growth and development of the community.
The GPP was amended on May 18, 2005, in order to include the Goat Farm Critical Subarea.
