Broadview Cleanup

A Neighborhood Cleanup is an effective way to work together as a neighborhood in order to instill pride in your property as well as your community. Annually the HAND Department sponsors Neighborhood Cleanups to neighborhoods on a competitive application process. Neighborhood Associations that have demonstrated through their applications the need and ability to conduct a successful clean-up are awarded a HAND sponsored Neighborhood Cleanup. A key factor is having enough volunteers and good communication within the neighborhood to make the event successful. The Neighborhood Cleanups can be held on one of the following Saturdays: April 8, 29, May 13, 20 and 27, June 10 and 17, of 2017. The neighborhood organizes the event and provides all the volunteers, HAND provides much needed dumpsters, Hazmat, chipper service, tire disposal, and safety vests.

2017 Applications due by Monday, March 6, 2017 by 4:00 p.m. in the HAND Office in City Hall, Room #130.
