There are many ways to pay your water bill.
Automatic Payment
Set up automatic payments from your checking or savings account. The amount of your utility balance will be automatically drawn from your checking or savings account each month on the due date of your bill. You will still receive a bill in the mail for your records showing the charges each month, but once enrolled, you will never need to write a check to us again. There is no fee for this service.
Online Payment
You can pay your water/wastewater bill online with a debit or credit card. To sign in, go to https://esuite.bloomington.in.gov/esuite.utilities and log on with your username and password.
DECEMBER 2023 This billing platform has changed. Your screens will look slightly different but function exactly as before.
If you have not yet set up a username and password, click on the "Create Profile" link to do so. You will need your Utilities account number and the name on the account to create your profile. Once you are signed in, click on the "Make a Payment" link in the Billing Status box, fill in the form, and click the "COMPLETE PAYMENT" button. Be sure to only click the button once!
Paying online using third-party bill pay services may delay receipt of payment. Delinquent accounts are subject to late charges and disconnection of service.
If your water service is shut off due to delinquency, please contact our Customer Service Department at (812) 349-3930 to have your service restored.
