This property's address is on Stonegate Ct., but the back and side of their property is on the corner of Smith Road and Hagen. There is a thorny bush coming off the ground next to their fence, leaning over the sidewalk. Last year, as it grew, you had to go around it when on the sidewalk. Also, the picture shows the Hagen side where weeds and small trees are come between their stone wall and the sidewalk (both sidewalks on that corner. There is raw sewage sipping through the retaining wall. The clean out lid blew open. The smell is unbearable.

This tree has struggle the last few years. This year looks like the bell had tolled or at least in the last throws of life. The tree has also developed a severe lean out over the street. Larger trucks including sanitation and deliver have to dodge this tree. Located west of driveway on the Oliver side of this corner lot.

I live in Peppergrass and there is a home on Walnut Street Pike between our neighborhood entrance and the church who seems to have a barnyard full of noisy animals. This includes a rooster who starts crowing at dawn and continues throughout the day. I thought roosters were not allowed in city limits.
